We offer virtual color consultations for clients who cannot meet in person. Please read through how to work and which package will work best for you.
How It Works
Our color consultation begins and ends with you! Our goal is to help you create a cohesive color palette for your home. While nothing compares to standing in the space and seeing how the light affects the colors in your rooms, we want to help those of you who cannot meet in person. That’s why we have virtual consultations.
What You Can Expect
- The first phase of our work begins with discovery, where we will lay the groundwork for choosing colors that you love that also work in your home, with your fixed elements, lighting and furnishings.
- In this time, I will have a few assignments for you to complete, including taking color-balanced photos of your space (don’t worry I’ll explain how). You can also send me your inspiration photos and images and answer our questionnaires.
- Next we will meet on our first live call to go over your project and I can learn a little bit about your likes and dislikes.
- In the second phase of the project, which usually takes one week to ten days I’ll send you some large-scale paint samples that you can have for our next live consultation. In this time, I’ll also make your custom moodboard using the photos you sent, color swatches and inspiration images.
- Once this is completed, we’ll meet again on a live call to make final decisions using the moodboard and your physical samples.
- When we are done, I’ll follow up with a customized color palette created just for you. Plus I’ll provide all of my favorite pro tips for a great paint job.
- From here, we can choose to move on to continue the process of decorating your space to complete the color harmony. Ask about our e-design services for clients who need help completing the look.
Package 1: Standard Virtual Consultation (Up To 4 Rooms)
Here is what is included in our Standard Virtual Consultation (up to 4 rooms):
- 2 one hour Google Meet calls where we will work together one-on-one to create your color scheme
- Large scale paint samples

For larger projects, we offer our Whole House Virtual Consultation where we will select colors for up to 8 rooms.
- One 60 and one 90-minute Google Meet calls where we will work together one-on-one to create your whole house color scheme
- Large-scale paint samples
- Moodboard

- 30 minutes follow-up time

Package 3: Virtual Exterior Color Consultation
If you need help picking your house paint colors for your exterior color scheme, you are in the right place! Here’s what’s included:
- We will start with a 20-minute kick-off phone call to discuss your project and I will ask you a series of questions to get to know your likes, dislikes and preferences.
- Next we will take about a week where you can send me your photos and I will create a digital mood board and send you large scale paint samples.
- We will meet for one hour via google meet to select your paint scheme using the paint samples and the digital moodboard.
- This service includes 15 minutes of follow up time.
